
Rental Terms & Prohibited Materials

These Rental Terms apply to all dump trailer rentals provided by Hardline Dump Services. By booking a rental, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Rental Terms
Rental Period

Dump trailers are rented for a minimum rental period as shown at booking.

The rental period begins at 7:00 AM on the scheduled rental start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the trailer is delivered prior to the scheduled start date (e.g., evening before), the rental period still begins at the scheduled start time.

The rental period ends at the scheduled pickup time.
-
Extensions must be approved in advance and may result in additional daily charges.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area.
The customer must ensure the delivery location is:

Accessible
-
Clear of obstacles
-
Safe for placement and pickup
-
Evening delivery window: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Monday–Friday).

Weekend delivery appointments are scheduled based on availability.
-
Exact delivery times are not guaranteed; customers receive a confirmed time window.

Photo confirmation of placement will be provided upon delivery.

Hardline Dump Services reserves Saturday morning hours for disposal operations and equipment reset.
-
Saturday deliveries may be limited to afternoon or evening windows depending on availability.
The trailer must remain accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
Trailer Use & Loading

Trailers must be loaded evenly and safely.
-
Materials must not exceed the height of the trailer sides.
-
Overloading or unsafe loading may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.

Customers are responsible for securing lightweight debris if necessary.
Weight Limits
Each trailer has a maximum allowable weight.
Loads exceeding the weight limit may result in:

Overweight fees
-
Required offloading by the customer
-
Delays in pickup
Weight limits are enforced for safety and landfill compliance.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

Proper use of the trailer
-
Any damage caused by misuse, overloading, or negligence
-
Keeping children and unauthorized individuals away from the trailer
-
Ensuring no prohibited materials are placed in the trailer
Property Considerations
Dump trailers are driveway-safe; however, the customer accepts responsibility for:

Driveway or surface damage
-
Landscaping damage
-
Underground utilities
Hardline Dump Services is not responsible for surface or underground damage.
Prohibited Materials
The following materials are NOT allowed in our dump trailers unless prior written approval is given:

Hazardous or toxic waste
-
Paints, solvents, oils, fuels, or liquid chemicals
-
Automotive fluids
-
Batteries
-
Tires (Unless Approved)
-
Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
-
Medical or biohazard waste
-
Explosives, flammable, or reactive materials
-
Pressurized containers
-
Industrial or commercial waste not approved in advance
⚠️ If prohibited materials are found, the customer will be responsible for:

Additional disposal fees
-
Fines imposed by disposal facilities
-
Any cleanup or remediation costs
Cancellation & Changes

Weather delays or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery or pickup timing.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window.

Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
-
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Refund Policy

Once trailer has been delivered, rental fees are non-refundable.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a dump trailer from Hardline Dump Services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Rental Terms & Prohibited Materials.
