These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Hardline Dump Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a dump trailer rental, junk removal service, or using our website https://www.hardlinedumpservices.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Services Provided

Hardline Dump Services provides:

• Dump trailer rentals

• Junk removal services

• Delivery and pickup of equipment

 

Services are available to residential and commercial customers within our designated service area.

 

Rental Period

• The standard rental period is as stated at the time of booking (minimum rental may apply).

• If the trailer is delivered prior to the rental start date (e.g., evening before a scheduled rental), the rental period officially begins at 7:00 AM on the scheduled start date unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Rental end date ends at pickup.

• Extensions must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges.

• Hardline Dump Services reserves Saturday morning hours for disposal operations and equipment reset. Saturday delivery times may be limited or scheduled for afternoon/evening depending on availability.

Delivery & Pickup Windows

• Deliveries and pickups are scheduled within designated time windows.

• Standard evening delivery window is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on weekdays unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

• Weekend delivery appointments are scheduled based on availability.

• Exact times are not guaranteed.

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information

• Ensure safe, legal placement of the trailer

• Follow all posted weight limits and loading rules

• Keep the trailer accessible for pickup

• Prevent damage to the trailer, property, or surrounding area

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by improper use, overloading, or prohibited materials.

 

Prohibited Materials

Customers may NOT dispose of the following materials unless prior written approval is granted:

• Hazardous or toxic waste

• Paints, solvents, oils, fuels

• Chemicals or industrial waste

• Medical or biohazard waste

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Tires (unless approved)

• Batteries

• Explosives or flammable materials

Additional disposal fees or fines may apply if prohibited materials are discovered.

 

Weight Limits & Overloads

Each trailer has a maximum allowable weight.

Overloaded trailers may result in:

• Additional fees

• Refusal of pickup until corrected

• Liability for damages or fines

Weight limits are strictly enforced for safety and legal compliance.

 

Placement & Property Damage

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is suitable.

Hardline Dump Services is not responsible for damage to:

• Driveways

• Pavement

• Landscaping

• Underground utilities

By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and accepts these risks.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking.

• Late cancellations or missed deliveries may result in a fee.

• Rescheduling requests for evening delivery must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery window.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at booking.

Additional fees may apply for:

• Overweight loads

• Extended rental periods

• Prohibited materials

• Excessive cleanup

Failure to pay may result in collection actions.

 

Limitation of Liability

Hardline Dump Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

• Customer misuse of equipment

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hardline Dump Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from improper use of the equipment or violation of these terms.

 

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who:

• Violates these terms

• Engages in unsafe or illegal activity

• Provides false or misleading information

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
